We take website security very seriously, and we are committed to taking all appropriate steps necessary to protect any personal information stored in our databases against unauthorised access. Our site is hosted on a conventional server protected by the latest security software. Both the server operating systems and content management systems are fully maintained, and always updated to the most recent software level to minimise any likelihood of unauthorised access.

You as a user, also have a part to play in maintaining the security of your personal information, by following some simple rules when registering:

• If possible, use a username and/or password that is not a real word

Our email newsletter system is Mailchimp, a GDPR compliant email service provider. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link on the bottom of each newsletter. You will then be automatically removed from the mailing list.

Website Tracking Information

When you visit our website, information is recorded in our server log files. We use statistical software which analyses traffic patterns and site use from this data. These statistics are important to us so that we can make the website more efficient.
